MultiPulse™ is a high-impact flow-aid system designed to prevent and clear stubborn blockages in silos, hoppers, preheaters, boilers, and other heavy-industry process equipment. Using repeated high-pressure air impulses, MultiPulse™ delivers powerful cleaning energy without combustion, helping restore material flow and reduce downtime in demanding operating environments.

Engineered for difficult buildup, bridging, rat-holing, ash fouling and hardened deposits, MultiPulse™ is especially suited for applications where conventional air cannons or vibrators may not provide enough cleaning force.

Key Benefits

MultiPulse™ provides repeated air impulses at high pressure up to 5,000 psi, creating a powerful shock wave and strong mechanical cleaning effect inside the vessel or process area. Because the system uses compressed air only, it avoids the risks associated with combustion-based cleaning methods while delivering reliable performance in severe industrial conditions.

It helps improve production stability, reduce manual cleaning, minimize unplanned shutdowns, and protect personnel by reducing the need for confined-space entry.

Typical Applications

  • Silos, hoppers, bulk-material storage vessels and transfer points
  • Cement, chemical, food processing, and fertilizer industries
  • Waste-to-energy, refineries, and biomass boilers
  • Ash handling systems facing heavy buildup and blockage zones

How It Works

The system releases repeated, controlled high-pressure bursts of compressed air into the target area. These impulses break the bond between the material and the vessel wall, helping dislodge hardened deposits and fouling and restore flow.

The repeated pulse action allows MultiPulse™ to attack difficult buildup more aggressively than a single-discharge system.

Ideal For

Heavy-duty applications where material buildup is persistent and compacted, and where reliable online cleaning is required.
